After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a double major in Political Science and International Peace Studies, Andrew attended Loyola University School of Law, where he graduated in 2012. Before starting with Coplan + Crane in December of 2021, Andrew spent nine years honing his skills at a personal injury law firm in Chicago.

In addition to the support of the firm’s staff, Andrew appreciates the shared passion of those he works with. “The reason why we come to work every day is to help our clients. We are in a unique position to genuinely help people and be the voice for those who may not have a voice, who feel disenfranchised, like they have no power. As attorneys we can make a difference, pursue justice, and hold bad actors accountable for their actions,” he says.

Andrew’s duties to this point have largely involved taking depositions, a task he truly enjoys. However, his passion lies in litigation, which is another reason he finds Coplan + Crane to be such a good fit. “Everyone here is genuinely interested in taking cases to trial. There are a lot of firms and attorneys in this city who don’t want to go to trial. Going to trial is hard work; it takes up a lot of time, and you often have to put your life aside for however long you’re on trial. That’s 100% not the case here, because, at the end of the day, that’s the best way to get results for our clients,” he says.

Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, Andrew has lived in Chicago since graduating from law school. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with his wife and new daughter.
