We are thrilled to announce that partner Erv Nevitt has been selected as one of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin’s 40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch in the 25th annual edition.
This prestigious honor is a testament to Ervin’s dedication, talent, and commitment to the legal profession. With over 1,100 nominations, this year’s selection process was highly competitive. Erv was chosen among 39 other promising attorneys for their intelligence, passion, success in their respective firms, a desire to help the community, and – most importantly – fight for justice on behalf of their clients.
“Erv is an extremely talented lawyer who is an impressive advocate for his clients. His dedication, work ethic, and passion for each and every client and case he works on is a great example to other lawyers of what we all should strive towards,” said one of Erv’s peer nominations for the award. “On top of being a true advocate for his clients, more importantly, he is a mentor to many other lawyers. Erv is the first to offer assistance, guidance, be a sounding board, or offer suggestions on cases or difficult situations.”
Another nominee wrote, “He is an accomplished trial lawyer, active in numerous professional organizations, and a leader in many of the committees he serves on. I have personally witnessed his work as a leader – and I can say, unequivocally, people follow his lead for who he is.”
This is Coplan + Crane’s 4th selection to the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin’s Attorneys Under Forty to Watch list. Partners Ben Crane, Blake Vance, and Stephen Blecha have previously won the award.
